Q: What is your style of photography?

I take a thoughtful approach to shooting weddings and aim to create a sweet balance of photographs that have a documentary feel but that also include timeless, beautifully-lit portraits. My style is colorful, lively and joyful + I believe that true to life photos will stand the test of time!

Q: We want to book! What is the next step?

Hooray! That’s so exciting and I’m already doing a happy dance for you guys! The first step is to fill out the wedding contact form HERE. This allows me to get some important details about you and your fiancé so I can know how to best serve you in this exciting process. After we decide we’re a perfect fit, a signed contract and 50% retainer is due to reserve your wedding date!

Q: We already have a lot of photos together. Why should we book an engagement session with you?

Sometimes you’ll already have taken nice photos with your fiancé or a photographer friend wants to gift engagement photos to you. That’s great - but engagement sessions with your day of photographer truly are an invaluable experience and offer so many benefits. 1. You get to see firsthand how your wedding photographer shoots, directs and interacts. It’s great practice for the wedding and helps you connect to your photographer and makes for smooth photos on the wedding day! 2. Your photographer will get firsthand experience in what makes each of you laugh, what side of your face you prefer, and overall valuable insight into how to best tell your story.

Q: How many hours should we book you for on our wedding day?

What a great question! I love visiting with Clients on an individual basis on this topic but here’s a few ways I help couples understand what kind of coverage would be the best fit! 1. 8-9 hours is pretty standard and what most couples book. For wedding parties of more than 10 total or a guest count of more than 200, I recommend adding 1-2 hours of coverage and a second photographer.

Q: Is a second photographer included in your collections?

Second photographers are not included in my base collections but are available to add-on!

Q: Do you offer albums?

I’m so glad you asked…yes! Creating albums is basically one of my love languages. There’s something so gratifying and beautiful about putting your wedding day into story format and I’d love to show you some samples.

Q: How many images will be delivered in our wedding gallery?

Every wedding is so unique and therefore it’s difficult to put one number out there. On average, I deliver around 75-100 images per hour I’m there shooting your wedding.

Q: Do we get the high resolution images or printing rights to our photos?

Absolutely!

Q: Do you offer discounts?

I gladly offer 10% discounts to all first responders.
